The look of stone, without the upkeep of stone
The appeal of a marble dining table set is the surface, and this one delivers it: a soft grey field with pale veining running across it, finished to a high gloss that catches the light the way polished stone does. What it does not come with is the maintenance. Real marble is porous, which means wine, lemon juice and tomato sauce all leave their mark. A stone-effect top wipes clean and gets on with it.
The veining is not a repeating print either. It runs the length of the table in long irregular lines, which is what keeps it from reading as a laminate from across the room.
A base that frees up the legroom
Rather than four corner legs, the table sits on a double pedestal in polished stainless steel. The practical effect is that nobody is straddling a table leg: chairs slide in anywhere along both long sides, and the head and foot of the table are completely clear. The mirror polish on the steel also bounces light back up under the top, which keeps the whole piece from feeling heavy.
Six chairs with a bit of give
The chairs are cantilever style, built on a continuous black metal sled frame rather than four separate legs. That shape gives a slight spring when you lean back, which is noticeably more comfortable than a rigid chair over a long meal. Each one is upholstered in a soft grey with panel stitching on the seat and back, and there is a cut-out handle moulded into the top of the backrest, so pulling chairs out and stacking them around the table is a one-handed job.

Frequently asked questions
Is the top real marble?
No. It is a marble-effect stone surface. That is deliberate: it gives you the look without the staining and sealing that real marble requires in a working dining room.
How do I clean the table top?
A damp cloth and a mild detergent is all it needs. Avoid abrasive pads and scouring powders, which will dull a gloss finish over time, and wipe spills rather than leaving them to dry on.
Will six chairs fit comfortably?
Yes. The pedestal base means there are no corner legs in the way, so three chairs sit along each long side with the ends left clear.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Visit either showroom to see the veining and the gloss in person, and our team can confirm current stock, exact dimensions and delivery timing.
